BBUX Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BBUX.net, a platform offering paid-to-click (PTC) advertising, surveys, traffic exchange, and video ad engagement. By registering an account or accessing the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Cookie Notice BBUX uses cookies to improve user experience and for essential site functionality. By using the site, you consent to the use of cookies. You may not access the site unless you accept cookie usage. A cookie consent banner will be displayed upon your first visit.
1. Modifications to Terms BBUX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will strive to provide advance notice of changes when possible. Updates may be announced on the site or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. User Accounts
2.1. Account transfers or sales are prohibited.
2.2. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
2.3. Only one account is allowed per household or unique IP. Multiple accounts within the same residence or IP will be terminated. Payment processor accounts must not be shared.
2.4. Advertisements may only be viewed once every 24 hours per IP. VPNs, proxies, and shared/public networks are prohibited.
2.5. Personal data will not be shared or sold.
2.6. Usernames and uplines cannot be changed.
2.7. Providing false information will result in suspension.
2.8. Users must log in at least once every 30 days to maintain an active account.
3. Referrals
3.1. Members can refer unlimited direct referrals.
3.2. Each referral must have a unique email address.
3.3. Spamming or coercive referrals are forbidden.
3.4. Referral sales and MLM schemes are prohibited.
3.5. Referral sources are fixed and cannot be modified.
3.6. Referral activity is not guaranteed and may vary.
3.7. Referral clicks are credited instantly or within 24 hours.
3.8. Minimum 4 ad clicks per day required to earn from referrals.
4. Payments to BBUX
4.1. Payments must be made via the "Add Funds" section.
4.2. All payments are non-refundable.
4.3. Chargebacks or reversals result in account suspension.
5. Payments to Users
5.1. Supported payment methods: Payeer, FaucetPay, Litecoin (LTC), and PayPal (test phase only).
5.2. Payments must match the account holder’s name and payment ID.
5.3. Withdrawals are typically processed daily but may take up to 60 business days based on volume.
5.4. Inactive accounts are not eligible for payments; any withdrawal requests will be refunded.
5.5. Minimum payout: $1 for most methods, $5 for PayPal, and $0.25 for FaucetPay (subject to change).
5.6. Payment processors may deduct transaction fees.
5.7. BBUX is responsible only for issuing payment to the payment processor.
5.8. Ensure correct payment details; transactions are irreversible.
5.9. Returned payments will not be reissued.
5.10. ID verification and proof of address may be required.

5.12. Fraud or manipulation attempts result in account suspension.
6. Advertisements and Offers
6.1. Only one view per advertisement every 24 hours is allowed.
6.2. Ads with illegal, misleading, adult, pop-up, redirect, or malicious content are strictly prohibited.
6.3. Only 468x60 banners are allowed; others will be deleted.
6.4. Ads must load within 10 seconds and handle high traffic.
6.5. Video ads and survey offers must comply with site standards and applicable laws.
7. Forum Rules
7.1. Forum access is limited for non-members.
7.2. Use appropriate sections for posts.
7.3. Use English in general forums.
7.4. Respect other members.
7.5. Personal attacks or defamation of BBUX staff or users are prohibited.
7.6. No political, religious, or racial content.

8. Anti-Cheat Policy
8.1. System manipulation and hacking attempts are logged.
8.2. Suspicious activity may delay or block payments.
8.3. Use of bots, auto-clickers, scripts, VPNs, or proxies is forbidden.
8.4. Only real IPs may be used. Multiple accounts or fake identities will be banned.
9. Traffic Exchange and Video Engagement Rules
9.1. Traffic exchange users must not use bots or loop traffic through other exchanges.
9.2. Video views must be real and engaged; autoplay or silent loop views are not accepted.
9.3. Only verified human traffic is credited.
10. Account Suspension
10.1. Violations may lead to account suspension.
10.2. Suspended accounts lose all balances, referrals, and access.
10.3. Re-registration using the same credentials is prohibited.
10.4. Accounts will not be deleted on request.
11. Liability and Disclaimers
11.1. BBUX is not liable for external service failures or third-party actions.
11.2. Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
11.3. BBUX is not responsible for the actions or content of users, advertisers, or affiliates.
11.4. Users are responsible for reporting income and complying with tax regulations in their country.
